I loveeee purses, but more importantly I love Henri Bendel’s purses { just in case you are ever in a situation where you have to buy me a purse 😉 }
I just had to put it out there, but anyways I hope you all are still alive & well. Being in Florence & Rome has made me go a little MIA & it may have given me a little blogging anxiety.
Super weird, I know. But it’s a real thing! Anyways, how are you guys handling the cold & from what I hear the snow too ( so not envious of that ).Anyways…
Currently I am in the state of well traveled, overfed & a tad gelato crazy. Seriously though I never thought ice cream was a real dessert until now...thank you gelato.
On another travel “#struggles” note, I have hit the point of sleep depravation. I am so happy none of you can physically see what I am sleeping on, I would love to call it a bed or a cot.
But no, ladies and gentlemen…I am sleeping on a mattress.
Literally just a mattress.
The first night I was here I slept with my coat as a blanket. LOLz my life. It’s weird though because now, 2 weeks later, I kind of like coming home to my bare & humbling mattress. It’s the little things in life…like a actual bed, that now I see the value of.
But when I go to Rome, I am staying in a h-o-t-e-l. (AHHHHHHH). Upgrading from my mattress for one night ( woot woot )
Keeping warm in Florence is hard, & I am sad that I forgot my faux C.Wonder fur vest at home. I honestly didn’t think it would be this cold in Italy. Which is stupid of me because: 1) it’s January & 2) the USA has technology that allows me to look up the weather…so I don’t know why I never used it. ( a tad lazy, I think ).
Anyways tomorrow I take the 7am train & I am off to Rome for the Weekend.
Happy Roman Holiday to me!
