One of my favorite parts of blogging is being able to travel to places I otherwise wouldn’t visit. Last week I traveled down to Mystic Seaport for a New England themed photo shoot, in the middle of winter (so cold). I’ve actually never visited Mystic Seaport during the winter & I fell in love with it’s New England winter charm. I’m use to visiting Mystic during the summer and being surrounded by New Yorkers visiting from the city, and a town full of tweens and teens on dates. However being able to see this charming town during it’s quite winter season was really enjoyable. I walked along the snowy sidewalks right next to the river and took in the view with a warm cup of coffee. 

Now let’s chat about this outfit & especially that necklace! This week I’m showcasing outfit looks from Hope & Stetson, it’s a local CT retailer, with stores located in Mystic & West Hartford. My cousin recommended the store to me & after walking through the doors, I fell in love. From the home decor pieces all the way to their trendy necklaces (like the tassel one I’m wearing), this store is a destination.
