Jean Jacket || Dress (old, similar here) || Scarf || Sunglasses

So Matt & I leave Saturday for our secret spring break location! If you want to see the whole trip & where we are going head over to snapchat: aubreyrose740! Anyways sooooo I’m not ready for Spring Break at all! 

I still need to buy shorts, I just realized I have zero…awkward. I use to be all about shorts but recently I’ve been trading them in & living in dresses. Honestly can you blame me! Dresses are so much comfier & much more of a fashion statement. You can dress them up with heels or dress them down with a jean jacket. Perfect for long walks on the beach, no pun intended. 

Anyways I’ve been recently obsessed with Old Saybrook, which is kind of embarrassing because I’ve lived in this state for 21 years and just now discovered it.  I’m late to the game on Old Saybrook but better late than never right! 

So I’ve been hanging out there a lot & still have yet to find a good coffee shop, so CT people tell me where do I go to get a good latte! I love walking on the beach with a warm cup of coffee, it’s kind of my perfect date (cough cough Matt). 

Overall I kind of take life way too seriously, & I think that is why I love the beach! It’s the perfect place to relax and just goof off. My mom & I were shooting these pictures and my scarf was just kind of doing its own thing, so we went with it. 

Resulting in a few scarf B**** slaps across my face and about 100 funny bloopers. With summer around the corner, I’m focusing on keeping my life fun, relaxed & less stressful. 

Working should be fun at all times, so remember to keep a positive attitude even if you feel like you shouldn’t. It’s starting to feel like summer so we have something to celebrate.
