Okay, where to begin! As most of you know I recently took a week long vacation with my family to Punta Cana, and went moderately MIA for a bit (is it too late now to say sorry??).

Sooooo I feel like we have a lot to chat about. My time in Punta Cana overall was wonderful. I was lucky enough to stay at Paradisus Palma Real Resort, which is beyond beautiful, just look at the pictures!

I’ve actually stayed there a few times before and really haven’t had much to complain about. The beach is perfect, the food is delicious and just look at the pool…#heaven.

I always love sharing my travel experience with you guys, to give you an idea of what to expect if you want to plan your next vacation here. I will say this hotel is a great place to go to, to relax or have a little romantic getaway. However if you’re looking for constant entertainment, this isn’t your place. We spent most of the time just lounging around the pool and relaxing, which is my ideal vacation anyway.

The only true issue I faced with the hotel was the spotty communication with the staff, During our stay we often ended up with completely different dining plans than intended #oops.

We also decided to go with a family concierge package, which overall I don’t think is really worth it. You get a butler that helps you plan your daily activities, but because of the poor communication, the butler ended up being more of a hassle.

SO if you are looking for a place to kind of do your own thing and RELAX, CHILL & ENJOY THE SUN, then this place is for you. However if you are looking for a place that is constantly entertaining you and organizing your day, I would suggest I different location.

Okay also if you are looking for a beach wedding venue, well I got you. Paradisus Palma Real Resort had at least one wedding per day, throughout our week long vacation.

So they are wedding professionals and they always had the cutest setups, just checkout the picture below.

Anyway, I’m so excited to be back in New England and plugging away at TCC content. The New England summers really inspire me, so I have so many cool ideas coming to a blog near you.

Also a new mug design was delivered to my door today & I’m going to say that this might be my favorite mug so far (ahhh)!! I’m keeping it top secret for awhile but I can’t wait to share it with you all soon.

I love vacationing at Punta Cana because OMG how pretty is the ocean. It’s crystal clear, which is my standard for oceans. I’m a big shark week lover, which means I’m also a big ‘I’m not getting in that water’, gal.

So the caribbean is totally my beach, because you can see everything around you. Honestly I think if a shark reallyyyy wanted to eat me, it wouldn’t matter if I had a visual head start, but I think it’s just a mental thing.

Overall that means I’m a party in my cabana by the pool kind of gal. I spent my whole vacation snuggled by the pool while reading Miss peregrine’s home for peculiar children & listening to my TCC Spring Vibes playlist

Okay enough about me, what did you guys do for spring break??? Let me know below! xx A.
