I’m back.

Boston was amazing (as always) & I was able to see sections of the city that I have never really seen before. Overall the trip was successful & full of delicious food. Here is some pictures for a glimpse into my weekend trip.

This house was located on Boylston Street & was pure beauty.

We started our weekend walking down the famous Boylston Street, which included historical landmarks, beautiful houses & a lot of yummy bakeries.

Then (obviously) we went to Newbury Street. Now, I have never been to Newbury Street, but I have to admit I enjoyed it more than 5th Ave (it was a little more relaxed & age friendly). I also enjoyed the variety of shops on the street & it had a million desert locations (including Georgetown Cupcakes!). I certainly would go back to Newbury Street for a girls day.

ImageMatthew & I thus proceeded to the Freedom Trail! This trail is great because not only is it free ( perfect for college students) but it also leads you to all the prime historical spots of the city. We walked through some of the most famous historical structures, and bumped into these fellows:

They were reenacting the Boston Massacre

Here are some of the beautiful buildings we walked through on The Freedom Trail.

Finally Matthew & I walked across the pond in The Boston Commons (as it was frozen solid).

I hope everyone had a great weekend!
