Walking through the shops around the holiday season is so much more enjoyable thanks to the beautiful window displays. Window shopping during this time of year fills me with inspiration, magically transports me back to my childhood seeing the window displays in New York City, and just makes me Jolly.

Being filled with jolly and inspiration is all one could ask for, am I right? This weekend Matt & I went to our historic downtown in Dallas Texas, and fell in love with the holiday window displays. Christmas trees were lit, candles were burning and Santas were aplenty.

It’s getting cold here in Dallas but I refuse to add tights to my wardrobe just yet. This dress has been my ride or die outfit pick recently, so I had to share it with you guys. I especially love it for work occasions, like meetings, meet & greats and of course, a good photo shoot. The pattern gives this blue dress a classy and sophisticated edge, which is why I refuse to take it off.

Anyway Matt & I spent this week preparing for some special guests to arrive this week. Let’s just say we are throwing a ‘friendsgiving’ and cooking a turkey in our new apartment should be interesting. Wish me, the turkey and our special guests good luck, we will need it. xx Aubrey
