Well if you know me than you know one thing for sure…
& it’s that I do not like staying stagnant.
I literally can’t just chill…I am super OCD when it comes to scheduling & planning. I basically book my day all the way up till 9pm; & after that it’s Netflix time till I fall asleep.
I somehow end up getting crazy anxiety when I just sit & do nothing…
which makes relaxing time not so relaxing. I just end up running around the house bugging my family to take me blueberry picking, to the mall, or whatever crazy thing I decide I want & need to do.
SO yesterday after just chilling & feeling like I was doing nothing with my life (because I was car-less & stranded); I decide that I needed to start my Thursday off with some actual relaxation.
& basically I just need to calm the heck down in life.
So I pulled out a Lush Bath Bomb & went for it!
I personally think baths are my easiest way to relax!
I somehow convince myself that I am still being mildly productive, cause @ some point or another I was destined to shower, right?
& you can’t bring your cellphone, laptop, or any tech-savvy equipment into the tub…so you have no choice but to “de-connect”.
SO if you’re like me & relaxing seems like a waste of time :: then try using a bath as some actual relaxation.
& my favorite part about taking a bath is trying out the new Lush Bombs.
The one I used this morning is called Butterball & you can find details on it { here }.
But OMG did this Bath Bomb work!
I have naturally dry skin & this bomb is suppose to “hydrate and moisturize” your skin & baby it did just that ( literally my legs right now are so soft).
So if your searching for a new way to relax & I mean actually relax…please do yourself a favor & take a trip to Lush.
Just drop your Bath Bomb in & thank me later.
xx.
