In the age of social media & a generation of girls constantly trying to out do each other; I believe it is so important to value your true friends! I am not saying cut all your other guppies out but living in an age of things going viral & instant txts, be careful out there! Be kind and genuine to everyone but save the dish and the extravagant stories for your inner circle; they will appreciate the story way more anyways!

Such an important message! In a world of social media-based relationships that allow us to publish anything about ourselves at the click of a button, I’ve found that friendships can sometimes take on similar form. It’s one thing to share your breakfast on Instagram but a totally other thing to share personal stuff about yourself that should be saved for people who actually know you 🙂 and you’re right, I think they do appreciate it more!
Dear thestylercellar
Thank you so much for reading. I am glad you agree and I too believe that media-based relationships will be a problem a lot of us will face in the future! I think we must remember who are friends are and less about the number of friends we have on social media.
Stay Confident,
