Hey Guys, 

I am currently dying from the heat in CT. I know I have no right to complain especially compared to all you folks down south, but it is really really hot! It is hot, sticky & humid here in CT; which is really making me miss my humble abode in San Diego. I am not ready for summer to end but I am ready for less heat & more sweater weather. 

To beat the heat I decided that I will be sporting this buttoned shift dress for the rest of the summer. Pants are GROSS when it is hot! Okay real talk, I get all sticky and gross when it is 95 degrees out (but don’t we all) which results in the pants getting all  uncomfortable & eww. I end up wanting to cut them up and throw them in the trash.

I know that is a little extreme, but wearing pants when it is hot outside is my biggest fashion Won’t. Anyways this dress is super super light & how cute is it. Like come on. 

I have to say I wore this dress twice already this week because it is perfect for those hot summer days. What do you guys resort to when the heat is to hot to wear pants? & does anyone else feel the same way about pants? All I am saying is 95 degrees & jeans DO NOT WORK.
