I am home again.
Being in NH was exciting, I love going to new places & finding new favorite restaurants, shopping centers & just experiencing a different vibe of people.
Everyone is so friendly in NH so you never feel out of place; everyone is welcoming, nothing is fussy & everything on the a menu is edible.
So before Matt & I left for home we had to stop at Meredith NH to grab some Ben & Jerry’s. Chocolate Therapy is my favorite ice cream, I am not really a huge dessert fan but Chocolate Therapy is one of the few desserts I actually love.
The last time I was at Ben & Jerry’s was the last time I was in NH, so being their was like a little flashback to 2 years ago.
2 years ago Matt & I were 18 & went there on a date night; so it was funny going back and sitting on the same bench & digging into the only Therapy I believe in (food therapy!).
After getting Ben & Jerry’s we walked around the town with Matt’s mother & just looked at the lake.
The lake is huge, it’s crazy how one lake can draw so many people to it’s location. Thousands of tourists are seen vacation there & enjoy the greenery of the East Coast.
& Honestly it really is beautiful!
What I wore:
SHIRT// HERE. PANTS// HERE. SHOES// HERE. SUNGLASSES// HERE. PURSE// HERE.
If your a purse addict like me make sure to click on the link I left for my purse above! Henri Bendel’s is currently doing 50% off some bags (honestly they don’t do that a lot so I might buy a little something later lol).
It was probably to hot to wear jeans that day but with a breeze coming off the lake it was comfortable!
I had a great time in NH & as Matt prepares to go back to school it was a fun adventure for us before spending 4 months apart. It was a trip filled with mini golf, pie disasters, late morning coffee & even some school work.
The trip made me realize that summer is coming to a close & the reality of college classes, apartment decoration, & cross country flights are just around the corner.
I wish we had one more month of summer…the end of summer is always a heartbreaker for me.
& as Matt says “August is like the Sunday of Summer.” & it’s so true!
