hi hi,  Soooo as I said in my last post, over the weekend I went to Rome ( ahhh ). It was honestly way cooler than Florence ( sorry, but being honest here ); between the Vatican & the Colosseum you are up to your neck in sights & history.

I saw & did everything. But honestly, I am so over being a tourist & I am ready to come home. I’m just over it, is that weird? I guess I’ll be the only one that gets over Italy, but I just love home.

& I like to think that if home trumps Italy, than I must have a pretty amazing home & friends. But really, I don’t want anymore pizza or pasta, & I am way over sleeping on this mattress of mine. Ew. ew. eww.

I can’t wait to come home & start the spring semester off with a bang ( or with a 6:45am Monday shift at work 😉 ). Whatever this semester throws at me, I am ready! But are you guys?

Sidenote: I signed up for a yoga sculpt class & I am a little frightened about the sculpt part. However I am so ready to downward-dog it after class. Anyone have tips on how to prep?

A new semester is kind of like a new year, you meet all new people & get to adjust to a new schedule. I love new semesters, because each semester is completely different & that is what makes life exciting ( am I right! ).

& my motto this semester: work smarter & debrief more often.  ( so I’ll keep you posted on how that goes ). Is it weird that I am so ready to start school? Maybe it’s a little geeky but hey, I like staying busy.

What are you guys looking forward to this semester? Besides classes of course 😉  sweet tooth in romeromain statues & beauty
