Hey Guys! Now that the days are longer, warmer and for me much more productive; I like to spend the end of my work days unwinding with a good book.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge TV junkie but nothing beats sitting outside at the end of the day and just reading.
Honestly reading just makes me feel better about myself, for instance if I’m watching TV for three hours I feel like a couch potato BUT if I sit outside and get lost in a good book for three hours, I feel sooooooo productive.
So to make us all feel a little more productive, I’ve listed my favorite summer reads below. Let’s jump right in!
The best book I ever had to read. This book was actually on my summer reading list in high school and I feel in love with it. If you are looking for an iconic book to dive into, I would suggest this one for sure. & it’s super short.
If you are a girl in business then stop what you are doing & buy this book. Sophia keeps it real in her book, #GIRLBOSS. I read this book while in Italy and couldn’t put it down. It’s filled to the rim with great advice & inspiration.
I’m currently on the second chapter & hooked. My sister claims this book is a tad depressing, but so far I’m hooked on the odd storyline. I like switching it up & reading books that aren’t the typical romance.
I just purchased this book today, so I’ll keep you posted.
I read this book while in Vegas with Matt & he literally hated me because I refused to put it down. I actually was on the edge of my pool chair, the whole time I was reading it. This book gets you thinking, overall it’s the perfect summer thriller. Also this book is about to be a movie!
& that is about it! Leave any other book suggestions below, I love hearing about what you’ve been reading. xx A.

Oh, I just love chic shoes as decor! Such a fun touch. I have yet to read #girlboss but I know I have to! Almost every woman I interview recommends that book – and I love that you said she keeps it real. A big reason why I love Gary Vee’s books too! x Shannon
Absolutely loved #GIRLBOSS it’s such a great book!
