hey hey.

So besides going to New York this weekend, I also went to the Rascal Flatts Concert! It was pretty darn good…who doesn’t love concerts though.

With all the rainstorms crowding the East, we got super lucky that it didn’t rain on our parade. Thank God it didn’t rain though.

Of course one of the best parts of country concerts & summer in general is tailgating! 

& at the tailgate there was a ton of food (yayyyy) including chicken, steak & shrimp kabobs.

Also, the picture above is the cutest summer dessert, I have seen so far! It’s a peppermint patty dessert burger (which I ate about 3 of lol).

Also fruit salad is the perfect food for cook-outs, tailgates & just summer nights in general!

Overall the music was great & it was fun dressing up for a country hoedown. 

Let the country concerts & summer nights begin!
