This year more than any other year in the past, I knocked out a majority of my Christmas shopping before Thanksgiving. One-stop I was excited to revisit this year is my Mom and I’s annual trip to Christmas Tree Shops andThat! You can see our trip from last year in this blog post.
With more time being spent at home this holiday season, there’s no excuse for having a gift unwrapped or a gift bag untagged. So, my mom and I made sure to stock up on wrapping paper, ribbons, tags, boxes, and bows. Our trip to Christmas Tree Shops andThat! surely did not fail to impress!
When purchasing wrapping paper, I like to choose a few different patterns in the same color pallet. That’s why I was extra excited to see the wrapping paper and holiday designs the Christmas Tree Shops andThat! came up with because it helped set the theme for my Christmas decor.
Each year the Christmas Tree Shops andThat! comes up with original holiday decor and wrapping paper and this year was highlighted by holiday gnomes, buffalo plaid, and bold brown wrapping paper.
Believe it or not, I’ve never done a holiday season with all brown wrapping paper. So, I leaned into that aesthetic this year and grabbed the brown paper with red and white stripes, brown paper with white snowflakes, brown paper with metallic silver snowflakes, and of course brown paper with lots and lots of Santas!
This year my Mom and I are on a mission to finish up the holiday prep work before my siblings come home for the holidays. So, last week we took out all of our Christmas Tree Shops andThat! velvet ribbons, tape, gift tags, and tissue paper and had a holiday gift wrapping girl’s day complete with a Christmas movie marathon!
I’ve never met anyone who loves holiday movies as much as my mom (well, besides myself!) Below I’ve put together a list of my top 25 Holiday Movies to Watch While Wrapping Holiday Gifts!
