Good morning & Happy Sunday! On Sundays I like to try & get a little creative with my breakfast, since there is no rush! So I figured it would be a perfect day to try out a new smoothie!
Summer is the perfect time to experiment with some of your favorite berries!
In CT there are a ton of berry farms, making it easy to grab a fresh pint & bring more berries into your life! I could easily eat a pint of blueberries in a minute.
Usually I prefer to eat my berries, but today I decided to try a Raspberry & Banana Smoothie!
Whats in it?
1. & 1/2 cup of raspberries
1. & 1/2 cup of almond mile
1. & 1/2 bananas
& I threw in a cup of ice!
I blended all the ingredients together & poured the smoothie into a mason jar for a easy breakfast to go!
I got about 2.5 smoothies out of this recipe & it was d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s!
This was my first official homemade smoothie so all & all it was a good time!
Anyone else have some good smoothie recipes?
